The foundation of every plan is our biannual Home Health Check, designed to identify potential problems early—before they become expensive headaches.
HOME HEALTH CHECK
During each Home Health Check, our experienced technicians will carefully check your home and document any potential concerns they discover.
If an issue is identified, we'll explain:
What was found
The severity of the issue
Our recommended course of action
The decision is always yours. If you'd like to address the repair right away, we can coordinate the work through our team or one of our Preferred Partners. If you decide to wait, that's perfectly fine—we'll continue monitoring the issue during future Home Health Checks and keep you informed of any changes.

WHAT WE CHECK
Our Home Health Check is a comprehensive visual check designed to identify signs of wear, safety concerns, and maintenance issues before they become major repairs.
During each visit, our technicians evaluate key components of your home, including:
Roofing (visual check from the ground where accessible)
Gutters and downspouts
Siding, trim, and exterior finishes
Foundation and grading around the home
Doors and windows
Decks, porches, railings, and stairs
Attic (when accessible) for insulation, ventilation, and signs of leaks
Basement and crawl spaces (when accessible)
Plumbing fixtures and visible water supply and drain lines
Water heater for age, operation, and visible leaks
HVAC system for general condition and operation
Electrical panel (visual check) and accessible GFCI outlets
Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
Sump pump operation (if applicable)
Signs of water intrusion, moisture damage, mold, or mildew
Caulking and sealants around windows, doors, tubs, and showers
General safety hazards and deferred maintenance items
Thermal imaging of interior spaces checking for water leaks and insulation issues
Following the check, you'll receive a summary of our findings along with recommendations for any repairs or preventative maintenance. Our goal is to help you stay ahead of costly repairs and give you confidence in the condition of your home.

Every Home Maintenance Plan begins with our Essential Plan, which includes two Home Health Checks each year, one in the spring and one in the fall.
During each visit, our technicians perform essential seasonal maintenance, including:
Home Health Check
Furnace filter replacement (once per year or as needed)
Testing of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
Turning exterior water on in the spring and shutting it off in the fall
seasonal exterior insect treatment
